No complaints at all. After a tiresome day and a half of rental car services giving us the run-around, I called Enterprise close to where I live as a last resort to get to Fort Worth and back for a concert. My gf and I worked with Ben, who was ever-informative, kind, and helpful in completing the rental. He gave us the full rundown on insurances offered, the policies involved with renting, and didn't pressure us to get anything unnecessary whilst still offering us everything. Girlfriend expressed that the car ran great (Kia Soul), it was in excellent condition, and it had nice features. I turned the keys in to a long-haired brunette girl, who was also very nice. She looked over the vehicle on return, ensured that everything was still in good order, and let me go. She assured me that the deposit would return to the account in a few days. We will see then, but, beyond that, an excellent experience and I would rent here again.
