Audi Tulsa

The service department is not worth dealing with. They never answer the phone and only occasionally call you back if you leave a message. They do not communicate on anything or follow directions. If they finish your service early, assuming they get to it on the scheduled day and don't have to keep your car overnight, they won't notify you or do the paperwork until you message them or stop by. I made the mistake of purchasing the Audi care package when I purchased my car. Don't. The services are supposed to come with a loaner car and I have only been able to get a loaner once out of the last 4 services. They always promise me one when I make the appointment but never have a loaner car. A minor issue once I get a ride short notice, a bigger issue when they don't get to my car that day and send me a text at 5 telling me I can keep the missing loaner car overnight since they did not get to my car. Don't leave anything in your car. They don't care when things disappear from your car during service and will basically tell you they are not responsible. I will now take my car to Oklahoma City for the rest of my Audi care instead of going to this service department again.

Blake in the service department is AMAZING to work with. He went back and forth with Audi in Little Rock because the vehicle they sold us had an exhaust leak, antifreeze leak, and later found out about a back door latch code that effects the parking brake. We have only had it a few months and was not told about any of these problems before we bought it. After all the attempts, the only thing that Little Rock agreed to make right was the cost for the new exhaust because they thought they had fixed it. If it wasn't for Blake and his manager we would of probably be out of pocket for all repairs. Blake made sure to help us in every way he possibility could and even had our car detailed. Cody was absolutely amazing! This car buying experience was a dream. Cody was very knowledgeable, no pressure, friendly and extremely helpful. Finance guy Steven was also top notch!! We traded our truck for a Q8 in less than two hours. Highly recommend Audi of Tulsa and Cody.
