Whats not to like about a building supply store? Their garden department was stocked full of flowers, trees and plants spring gardening. Their prices seem fair.

Reserved a rental tool online and paid the deposit yesterday. Show up at my appointed time to get the tool today only to be told that their computers are down and they arent renting any tools even though I had just got a reminder text a couple hours before if I got a reminder text why didnt I get a text or call telling me their rental computers were down?!?!?! I drove over 30 minutes from two towns over to rent this piece of equipment and had a specific job to do with it, which I didnt get to do, thus lost the job and the $1500 I was going to make from that job. Absolutely unacceptable for me to show up and be turned away I asked the clerk if he could rent me the tool anyways, write my info down on paper or whatever he needed to do so I could go do my job and he refused. Very upset about this.
