Right out of school I opened my own practice on October 10th, 2011.
I had zero business experience and knew absolutely nothing about running a practice or a successful business. I feel so incredibly lucky and fortunate to have joined Pinnacle before I opened up. Within a few months of opening I was already running an efficient and profitable practice. I have been an active member with Pinnacle since opening and have continued to grow year after year after year, every single year!...Amazing!
Professional Highlights that Pinnacle has provided for my practice:
--Office training on procedures that has allowed me to get phenomenal clinic results with my patients while also being extremely efficient.
--Office procedures that are ethical and patient centered.
--Office procedures that organically allows my practice to attract referral after referral resulting in a referral based. (no marketing, no gimmicks).
--Staff training: Pinnacle trains world class CA's that are service minded and incredibly effective. My front office CA is so effective and efficient that she does what 3 non-Pinnacle CA's can do and in less time.....seriously, mind-blowing what my staff does!
--Office/Practice logistics: Pinnacle has helped guide me to get the most out of my practice by teaching me a low overhead/high profit practice model.
--Structure: Pinnacle has helped me with important office decisions like floor plan, number of therapies, office hours, vacation time, number of staff needed, etc.
--Organization: Check lists, Doctor and staff training, blue books, foundational tools, and software has allowed me and my staff to make sure nothing slips between the cracks and allows us to focus on our patients providing the highest quality care.
--LOW STRESS PRACTICE: small overhead, with fewer staff and high profits (along with everything already mentioned) allows me to work minimal hours and not stress about needless things.
--Motivation: Being active in Pinnacle by consistently going to national and regional meetings has helped to keep my motivation high and to keep improving and keep growing year after year!
Personal Highlights that Pinnacle has provided my life:
--Life Long friendships: My best friends are Pinnacle Members. We share a bond. We help each other through the high and lows of both practice and life. The greatest gift Pinnacle has given me is the gift of amazing friends who are the nicest, most caring, and most generous people I've ever met. Truly a blessing in my life!
--Continual Self Improvement and personal Development: Just being around Pinnacle and it's members inspires you to be better in every way. The caliber of people in Pinnacle is undeniable, and just makes you a better person when you are around them.
I could go on and on about how much of an impact Pinnacle has had on my practice and on my life....but sometimes things like that are hard to put into words. What I can say is---> I feel blessed to have joined Pinnacle when I first opened my practice and I will be a life long member of Pinnacle--->some day when I'm an old man, you'll still see me in the audience of a Pinnacle seminar, still in Awe and full of gratitude to be apart of something so much bigger than myself that is helping to many people.
