        Hello, my wife and I opened an account in this bank of America, the experience due to the attention we received from Assael Cruz was excellent because in addition to having bilingual staff, they are prepared to offer and advise clients, thank you. Recommended.

        There is only one ATM outside and it doesn't work, you can't deposit because it gives you back all the bills...they should put more ATMs

        ATM is POS. Takes 10 tries to deposit money. You might get lucky to deposit a couple bills but not all. Huge ATM lines around 5pm with only 1 ATM. And no Drive-Thru tellers. Definitely needs upgrades and at least 2 ATMs minimum.

        Awful experience as always with BoA. I have banked with them and they cant accept a few coins as deposit. Truly embarrassing. EDIT- They cant even close accounts at the counter inside, let alone do most simple actions to your account that other banks can. I advise everyone to not use BofA and immediately switch to another institution
