        This bank is technologically archaic, has poor attention to detail, and lousy customer service. They were incapable of giving me a login to take care of my mortgage payment online, so I had to mail them a physical letter - in the Year of Our Lord 2022 - to accomplish this. Then, not only did they take the money out on the wrong day, they took it out in the wrong month! I basically never give bad reviews, but this has been a bad experience beginning to end. They didnt even bother to contact me about my mortgage having been moved, causing all sorts of headaches to even pay it last month where I had to physically mail them a check (to their embarrassment).
