Recent negative experience from the last month have compelled me to write a response. Will likely be finding another banking location. Me and my spouse hold a joint account and when requesting an additional card for ease of use they cancelled the other card without any notice, and when calling support the teller reported it as fraud. This led to several bills set up on auto-pay to lapse, including our car insurance. Now because of the banks error I have to go back to the branch to request a new debit card, I requested a new one be mailed to me 12/15/23 and as of 1/10/24 I have not received it after being given an expected arrival of 7-10 business days. I was also charged a replacement fee which I had to call and dispute taking more time out of my week. After not having received the card, I went in person and the associate, while nice, misspelled my name and I had to wait for them to reprint the card. So for this 1 issue I had 4 complications (bills lapsing, driving to branch to request a card and not receiving it, disputing a replacement fee d/t branch erroneously closing last one, and misspelling my name). Would love to support local but not with this kind of experience
