Raymond is one of a kindest honest hard working man. You dont come across good folks like him much these days. I called him Saturday about our dryer not heating. He came Monday afternoon and keep in touch with me in the morning (good feeling to know youre not forgotten). He knows his appliances for sure. He guessed what it was just talking to him on the phone Saturday (only reason he had to wait till Monday is because of the part I need, he wouldnt be able to get till Monday). Sure enough the problem was what he thought. Im a people person, I enjoyed visiting with him (he has a great sense of humor) and he even let me help when I asked. Which brought fond memories of helping my dad as a child. My husband and I was really surprised with his honest bill.
