        Do not use. After explaining my problem with my gas cooktop when booking appointment, they sent someone who admitted he was just learning about gas appliances. He looked it over, turned on all the burners, went out to his van to talk to people who supposedly are more familiar with gas appliances, and ultimately told me he didn't know what was causing the problem or how to fix it. Then charged me $120 - just to say he didn't know how to help. I'll never use them again.

      Mr. Moore. After looking at the notes from our technicians, the issue he found is not uncommon with an Amana range that is around 20 years old, the burners do light within 10 seconds, just not immediately. Your burners are staying on when turned down. Our standard service call fee is $120 for diagnosis. If you would like a more seasoned tech for a second opinion at no additional diagnostic cost, we would be happy to send one out. Please call our office in the morning to discuss.
