    I have been living here for 3 years and still have had a great experience living at the Lakes. The office staff are very friendly and helpful! Service team is also friendly and fast to get things fixed. Very pet friendly and great location!

    I recently went to go tour The Lakes apartment and I absolutely fell in love with the complex! The office ladies, Alyssa and Shelby were incredibly helpful with giving me a tour around the complex and all the amenities that are provided! They were able to answer all of the questions I had about the apartments and the unit I was looking at!

    WARNING: UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS! UNMAINTAINED SINKHOLES!!! We were not allowed to preview our unit before moving in. We moved into a slapped together apartment with completely uneven floors. The fireplace is falling away from the building, the windows will not seal, and the foundation is cracked and drifting. Furthermore, when putting in a request for a broken AC, a maintenance worker was incredibly hostile and bucked at me in my own home because he didn't want to do the job required of him. During the first year, the regional/district manager informed my wife and I of major sinkholes being the reason behind the flooring issues. These sinkholes were never addressed, there was no easement to repair them, and there was a recent earthquake which worsened everything. At no time did the RM/DM offer to relocate to another unit during repair. Instead we were offered to just leave the dwelling without penalty with nowhere to go. Furthermore, black shards/sludge periodically comes from the faucets. You can report it, and all they will do is replace faucets and blame the age of the building. This site is dilapidated and dangerous, and knowledge of such must be know throughout the corporate structure of this unethical business. Avoid these apartments at all costs, if you value your safety.
