    If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is terrible. They waited until people were on vacation for Spring Break and then put a sticker on cars to have them moved on a Sunday and had them towed less than 24 hours later. It's absolutely strategic for them to give no adequate notice. They get a kickback from the towing company for the cars they have towed. And if you complain about it, they threaten to call the police and have you evicted. They will steal your property and lie straight to your face saying "it's to protect YOUR children. That's why we are painting lines and putting in speed bumps." First of all, the speed bumps are not done correctly and everybody is destroying their cars having to go over them. I probably need new cars seats now. I don't know who's children they think they're protecting, but it sure isn't mine. They are a new management team and they are just spending money to make the place look nice to the new people so they can justify the outrageous price hike. To all potential new residents, this place is a roach infested dump. They don't care at all about the tenants who already live here. They haven't had pest control here since October. It's supposed to be monthly. They let them live with water damage and sewage running into their apartments from the neighbors upstairs for weeks to months before fixing anything. Tell me how that makes you feel like your children will be safe. I've been trying to get my lease renewed for 8 MONTHS but they keep telling me that they will call me down to the office to have my lease renewed "when it's your turn". And then they switch management again because this place is such a money sink that they sell the property every couple of months. They are now at this very moment going through all the tenants who currently live here and are deciding who gets to stay and who gets evicted. So just know going into this, they will raise the prices on you to afford the pretty new lines and stuff that don't actually fix the units. They will steal your property and there's nothing you can do about it. And if you get upset about it, they will just threaten to make you homeless on top of it. Do not come here. Everywhere is better than this place. I know several other tenants have had tried to get them to fix their leaks. One had her ceiling bubbling up and mold growing everywhere in the master bathroom and bedroom. One of the other tenants in my building had raw sewage from her upstairs neighbor's leak coming through the ceilings and walls. It completely flooded their apartment and it was coming through the light fixtures which is incredibly dangerous in multiple ways. Human fecal matter drenched the carpets and walls. It took them 2 months to finally do anything about it. They didn't pay for any damages either because they switched management again right after that. All of the tenants got a notice on their door from the current management team that we owed all this money that they have no idea what it's even for. It's not past due rent. I've always paid my rent every single month. They can't even tell me why I owe $1300. I don't think it should be legal to be able to charge a person for something but not be able to provide proof that a payment is owed or what the balance is for. Pictured below are the parking spots new lines where my car was stolen from by the management team, the first floor apartment that had raw sewage damages for months before somebody finally did a thing about and the second floor apartment who called daily about the third floor apartments leaking through their ceilings. Landlords are usually out to nickel and dime you, but this place is completely morally bankrupt. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

    Been here for over 10 years and it has really declined badily. Maintenance use to fix things in a timely matter, not any more been having a sink leaking since Oct 2023 its almost Feb 2024, reported it several times and Im tired of asking when will it be fixed!! Had a very bad leak from upstairs that damage my ceiling in Sept 2023 the hole is patched up but it was never completed. Maintenance is rude, not all just one in particular, Now they have Temps in the office who are nice, but I need things fixed ASAP!! the property is suppose to be under new owners sometime in Feb, so hopefully things will get done around here, this place is a mess right now!

This review is unfortunate and inaccurate completely. I welcome you to come to the office to discuss further. All residents have a tenant portal to report work orders yet none of what you have mentioned is reported. We understand that the changes are a lot to handle however we would love to discuss this matter further.
