    The complex is in a very convenient location and is very well maintained, kept nice and clean. The maintenance team always does its job on time and in the best way possible. The front desk, management and the entire team are very helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed living here for about 4 years now.

    Very helpful on-site management team. Drew and Heather were both accommodating and responsive to our dozen+ emails and questions before move-in. When our packages arrived a day before us, they went the extra mile to retrieve them into the unit. Unit is nice, clean, with all appliances working. Very nice grounds with a safe walking path around most the grounds. Have used the gym - all the necessary basic equipment in good working condition. Havent had need to use maintenance but have run into the team driving around on golf carts. Everyone is very friendly. * * * Jan 2024 update: still very much enjoy living here. A new feature added after my move-in is Valet Living, which is a mandatory doorstep trash pickup for $15/month, on top of the utility trash charge. I think some people really enjoy the service, but I could do without it. Pickup happens Sun-Thur and you can only leave your can out at certain hours (which may not vibe with your work schedule) or you're cited - which hasn't happened to me but has to my neighbors. I followed all the rules, but sometimes the pickup person skips your doorstep or will grab one of your trashbags but not both...and if you add more bags to the bags to the ones that were left for the next day...you're cited for having too many bags. It can be discouraging to pay for a service, follow all the rules, and still get cited when you're trying to work around not getting the full service. Absolutely not the worst problem in the world, but it does seem to become, at least once a week, a source of stress as to the timing or amount of bags so you end up bringing your bags on your own anyway. They also won't come around if there's certain weather conditions for safety, which is fine, but they also don't make exceptions to the bag limit for this, so you will still need to find your own way during those conditions to the trash. Not a reason not to move in, just manage expectations around it. Glad others may find it very helpful.

    I lived there for two years. The facilities are very good, but the entrance doors are often open and for the price paid it is unacceptable. The pool is supposed to be open all year round and in May there was always some problem that it was closed. The truth is that the people in the office are hardly helpful and their attitude could improve
