I purchased my a new air conditioning unit from Superior in 2014 and when I turned it on this year it was blowing out just cool air. They came out and found the problem and the part it needed was covered because they had registered my unit. They could have not told me and charged me for the part but they were very honest. I ended up purchasing a two year upkeep agreement and was very happy with their service. Had my semi annual check today and Jimi is very thorough and professional. Excellent technician. I have been using company now for 4 ir 5 years. They do any very thorough job with my AC units and furnaces. They listen to any concerns you might have and answer all your questions. Excellent company and always nice and polite whoever they send to do your service. Definitely recommend this company!
