        When you call about a job, they tell you that they will call you back in a few and let you know. You don't hear anything so you call back the next day and they won't even answer the phone. Instead, they text you to call back later and you still don't hear anything. As a primary example as the rest of the jobs around Alabama, don't say that you are hiring and after the application is done then you will let them know something. This is why unemployment rates are very high because they don't want to hire anyone.
