After several incorrect orders, I finally submitted an online complaint. The manager called me up with an attitude to let me know why I was wrong. I've dealt with a few employees there that appear to have a drug problem. It's a shame that one of the few places in town that delivers is not worth it.

Everytime we order pizza, we are told delivery will be about 30 or 45 minutes. It has taken anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs!!! Its ridiculous!!!

What a rachet place. Having someone there to tell people they aren't taking orders? Just don't open. If you can answer the phone you can make a pizza lol. Yeah never giving them our business

I really have tried papa John's many times in hopes it was the store or just a bad day but sorry last time for me. simple order pepperoni pizza Well done and again crust like rubber, cheese not even cooked in the center. I don't get it how does anyone eat this stuff regularly. and I gave it 2 stars because the employees were nice and polite.
