Stick Ross Mountain Water Co

There has been a boil order for almost a week BUT customers have NOT been informed by the company of this. How are we supposed to know?!? Poor communication at its finest!!!!!

Complete breakdown and failure to communicate with customers when there are water supply issues. Calls go unanswered and/or returned. The community of Woodall is basically held hostage and left with empty faucets for days during outages.

Don't get surprised if people the live here and stick Ross mountain over pay for they water bill again is a pipe broke here close to my house we report that problem 3 months ago and the pipe is still broke they don't care about the costumer water is been running for 3 months poor service of this company

Woodall, OK community went the last 10+ days without water or low pressure. I measured 0.34-1.0 GPM with air in the lines. No communication, no public announcement, no boil order, no drinking water. We found out about multiple leaks in their lines from word of mouth, not from the company. They dont answer their phones. It took calls to DEQ for them to get help from the Rural Water Commission to fix the problem. They have thus far taken no responsibility. They have no oversight and no crisis plan.

Had a water line break. No evidence on the ground. Stick Ross sent a letter that we received 9 days after they knew we had a leak. Cost us over $1100. A simple phone call would have saved us hundreds. Customer service is very poor.
