        We have filed our taxes with H & R Block for years here in Tahlequah, and they have served us well. Joann has helped us year after year, and we trust her to take good care of us. We appreciate the annual reminder to schedule an appointment, and its nice having access to all of our records on our account online.

        Customer service is very poor from the lady who sits on the right side in the nook. My soon to be husband and I wanted to see how to go about things. She automatically started getting rude to him to the point of almost yelling at him about how taxes should be filed and how it all works. She wasn't really making any sense of what she was saying but she did point out to me that I need to be more choosy about who I end up with and, " she's glad that I'm getting rid of him." She made him mad enought where he just got up and walked out. What's sad is he never said anything, I was the one who asked the question. I will not be doing anymore business there after that.

        Worst experience ever. I do not recommend. If you have filed with this location I would call the irs or another tax professional and ask them to look back over your previous taxes.
