    Be wary of the 5 star reviews, all added at the same time and with no detail. Take those with a grain of salt. Original Review: Not sure how US Bank was linked to an appraiser out of Oklahoma for our appraisal. Even our local branch manager was shocked at the red flags in the appraisal. Todd used property sales from between 9 and 10 months ago, including our own home sale from 13 months ago to "appraise" our home. Despite there being plenty of comps sold within the last 1-4 months he simply looked at what our home sold for 13 months ago and settled on that same value. Home values are up 25% in our area over the last year.
