The coaches are incredibly helpful and motivating! They make an effort to get to know each and every member, offering their support in the members fitness journeys inside and outside of the classes. During the last few months of 2022, the coaches found various races of different lengths for members to sign-up for and run alongside the coaches. A memorable moment was when we all ran the Pumpkin Holler 10 mile together. The coaches ran beside the members the entire time, encouraging them to keep going, which was an amazing experience I have never gotten from any fitness coach before!
