This is a wonderful place. I was passing through, looking for a specific coffee mug as a gift. They offered to make it right on the spot. It was finished in no time at a great price. Excellent customer service and a wholesome experience.

I boughta pc case and wanted to engrave the glass panels. They couldn't do it with a laser cutter so I had had to buy armour etch then the vynel cutter broke and I understood that but my pannels sat there on the shelf for about 2 months the guy that I talked to mostly was nice and understanding but his boss seemed to care but didn't do anything. When decided to get the pannels I got home and realised the the smaller one had a big scuff on it from just sitting out cause they didn't protect it properly. I called to see what we could do to fix it and his boss hasn't got back to me in a week so im not going to come back to 490 and if you come here make sure they protect your item.

This is a very nice shop. I took a plaque there today to have a plate engraved. It was done perfectly in less than two hours. Thanks.
