        Bought a top of "the line", Seally almost $2000 matress, box spring and frame, it's awful, even complained about the springs sticking into me. They examined said it's not a warranty problem get a topper. Bought not only a topper but also a foam egg crate and it still sticks me. What a waste of money now I'm stuck with a brand new bed that I can't sleep on and no way to rid myself of it. Next time I'm ordering online, they have a 120 night warranty unlike this store. We fight over sleeping on the hump in the middle, it's not near as lumpy as the rest the bed. I bought a brand new topper when I asked if you sold those things you said you used to, the topper didn't stop the problem so I added another 4 inch egg crate in addition to the new top, it hasn't helped.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at Rose Furniture.On July 5, the day you reported an issue with your mattress, we scheduled an in-home inspection. During that inspection, we determined that your old frame (not purchased from us) had a broken leg causing the frame to not properly support your mattress set. And the 3 inch foam topper (also not purchased from us) you were using, had seriously deformed with body impressions.At that time I recommended replacing your frame with a new one, which you agreed and then purchased from us and we delivered and set up for you the next day.The mattress set you purchased from us had no body impression and no defects in it at that time.If that is no longer the case, please contact us at your earliest convenience, so we can get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.Your business is greatly appreciated.Sincerely, Rick Rose
