We found mark on Angies list and he did some dirt work with us and he did a good job, well then he said he could do our pad for us as well he needed half up front which was 8,500 and guess what after months of excuses and lies he never even paid the concrete company nor did he pay the rebar company so we had to pay both again. He talks a good game and will talk you right out of your money I would run from this fake contractor we have all the emails text and checks so we are in talks with a lawyer right now to get our money back he owes us about 10 grand and he also cost us 6 months on our construction loan. He is not a man of his word at all I wish we never met him.

Mark was friendly and prompt he got what we needed done fast and did a greet job. We definitely recommend!

I should have listened to his negative reviews. I am a single mother of 2 and he took advantage of me. I was just trying to get my forever home ready for me and my children and he nearly cost me everything. I paid him $6800 to install a septic tank. He had the tank delivered but then never paid the company for the tank or installed it. Now this tank company has the right to put a lien on my property and take everything from me. I also paid him $3900 to install a water and electrical line and that was not finished either. He took my money and spent it on something other than my project and then disappeared for over a month. He now says he will pay me back as soon as he can but I do not believe that for a second. I have yet to see any money from him nor has he contacted me again since then. If you do decide to hire this man, do not pay him a dime until the project is 100% complete. That is the way it is supposed to be done and I was unaware so he took advantage of my ignorance.
