Lived here for three months was evicted because the manager, Joseph Mulford, suspected I was smoking marijuana inside the apartment just on speculation alone. He had zero proof, only complaints and since I was one of three new tenants, he assumed it was me. He said he would be nice and give me 30 days to leave since hes a Christian man. He did not return my deposit even though I only lived there for three months. I abided by all the rules. After I moved out, he evicted two other tenants for the same reason. Even if you have a medical card, there is no marijuana allowed on the property.
