Responded in a reasonably timely manner, despite my calling at 2:00 am, I was able to get advice by 8:30 am (although I do admit to being a touch persistent, thanks my fear for the animals' injuries being time sensitive). Still was polite and was recommended by our vet and animal welfare.

Always friendly and the Lady I have seen twice is wonderful. Can not thank you enough for having a place like this open. Hard work taking in baby and hurt animals. Thank you again!

This place is awesome and I highly recommend calling/texting if you happen upon some OK wildlife in trouble. Took two rounds of baby birds who had fallen in the grease trap of my grill out there yesterday and had an awesome experience. I was a tad hysterical because those babies were so pitiful, but the person who helped us was calm and clearly knew just what to do to help! So glad to have this resource in Stillwater and I will be donating to support this work!
