By far the greatest shopping experience I have ever had. All the employees working today are super nice and respectful I think their names are Amelia and Claire. They were so helpful with finding products and making sure I am taken care of through out my shopping experience. Would absolutely recommend looking at getting shoes with these two working, I tried on several different shoes and felt bad but they kept a smile on their face and helped me out through out the whole experience. Even with the rush they had they were nothing but helpful what a wonderful experience, great place to buy my American Flag Hey Dudes from!

Absolutely terrible customer service on 8/20 @ about 5pm. Walked in and not greeted at all. Walked around the store and not at anytime did they ask if they could help me. With 3 employees you would think working would be important when customers come in. They were too busy talking about other employees and how they need a Tuesday morning opener. Again not paying any attention to myself or my daughter. When we did ask for a shoe and size it was as if it was a burden. Didnt have the size we need which was fine but didnt even ask if there was another shoe we would be interested in. Weve been going into this store since it opened and have spent quite a bit of money in there. Called today to talk to a manager so I didnt have to do a review but the phone rings then says no one is available to try again later and hangs up. Employees main job is to help with customers not talk about employee behaviors, shifts available and stand around with hands in your pockets like the customer is an inconvenience. All 3 of the employees 2 females and 1 male should be written up or let go. Totally unprofessional!

Says they open at 10 am and doors are locked at 11am.
