Walmart Pharmacy

The pharmacist here is the sweetest lady and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond for her guest. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. Also, the techs are very nice and polite on the phone.

Every time one of my children needs a prescription I have issues here. They call the doctor. Then fill it. Then its ready and when I go to pick it up they dont have it in stock or enough and want to transfer it to another pharmacy. If they would check beforehand that they have it it would save hours of waiting. This is not a one time event. It seems the norm.

May 18 I took two prescriptions to Walmart to be filled. When I went to pick them up they had filled one of them but not the other. They told me that they would have the other prescription when they received a shipment in two days. This has happened MANY times when this particular drug so I said Ok, Ill wait for it just as Ive done with this pharmacy in the past, concerning the particular drug. I waited a couple of days and the shipment didnt come in. They said that the shipment was delayed again, but it would be in in a couple of days.I said fill when it comes in. The 3rd time I went to pick it up they suggested I take the prescription to another pharmacy. I did this. The other pharmacy began to fill the prescription but noticed the prescription was past the date it could be filled legally, and would not fill it. Walmart tricked me because they knew this,too. This is why they wanted me to take the prescription to another pharmacy after they had kept the prescription too long. This caused me to loose the medication for that time period. Thanks Walmart!!
