Walmart Auto Care Centers

Been standing in line to have them look at my leaking tire for over 20 minutes because they can't ring up a battery for the person in front of us. They are always very slow when they do our oil chanfe, but it was the closest option. Super regret it

Everyone in automotive is very sweet and helpful. They treat a person with respect and made me feel as if was "part of the family!" I appreciate and enjoy their attitude and desire to answer my questions!

Bought tires thru Walmart online, had them put on here. Had an appt at 10am, which if my daughter was more than 15mins late they would've canceled it, but according to a notification they didn't start working on the truck til 11. And then nothing til 1:39, when I got another notification that they had started working on the truck. So, did they start an hr late or 3 1/2hrs late. Then at 2:23 got a notification that it was done. My daughter had been sitting there the whole time. Find out later, after talking to her, that at 2:45 they said they couldn't give her the truck back cuz it was missing a lug nut. Why was that mentioned 4hrs ago???? She didn't get out of there til after 3:30. Is it just me or it a little ridiculous to take 5 1/2 hrs to change 4 tires??
