Stephen Bellew is such an incredible lender! He made buying a house feel effortless. He was an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to help us! We worked with Stephen Bellew and Kyle DeBoor to close our house and I couldnt have asked for a better team! We prayed so much that God would work things out they way they were meant to, and it all fell into place. We have now been in our first home for a week and we are loving having our own space. I loved how easy the app was to utilize and it made signing documents so easy. Stephen has such great customer service and got everything done in such a timely manner. We could have closed a week early if the sellers were ready. His team was on it!! Rates are high everywhere and you can refinance in time when rates go lower, but you cant beat this quality of Customer Service and Honesty! I am willing to pay a little more to make sure everything is done correctly with no drama and peace of mind. People these days underestimate how important it is to get quality services from trustworthy lenders. If it is too good to be true, it often is. Go with what is reliable, efficient, and honest.
