Grand is the best place to go for help! They are the most caring people! When I was there it felt like a breath of fresh air. Every one of the stuff was right on point! They really listen & it shows with how they address the problem... Grand has to train there employees to the highest standards & pay them top dollar because each & everyone working there loved their jobs & was over the top at what they did... DON'T BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!! IT'S OTHER MENTAL HEALTH COMPANY'S WRITING THE LIE'S.... Valley hope is the one behind it, they buy there good reviews because that's the only way they can get any ... Seriously

I recently reached out for help on my own, I felt like this was a safe place for me, but I was terribly wrong. Intake was traumatic. They didnt tell me anything of what went on (like you have to be on a list for things like a shower and clean clothes). The first thing I saw was a room FULL of people. They have a whole office space full of cubicles but they keep all the patients in one room. All day long. They havent made any effort for recreational activities during recovery. You get assigned a chair. And thats your chair. You sit in it. You sleep in it. You eat in it. Youre in rows full of other people in chairs as well, make sure you sleep with one eye open, especially if youre a female. The night shift is too busy on their phones to notice if a strange man is touching you in your sleep or not. This is me speaking from experience. I havent been that scared in a long time. Even if you report it, theyll just say its not their fault and brush it off. I had two therapists tell me that it was unsafe for me to cold turkey my medication I was currently prescribed. They took it into their own hands to decide that I wasnt able to receive medication and I had no choice but to cold turkey. You have to force the staff to do their jobs. You have to harass them to let you know what time it is and when youre able to do stuff. They treat every individual in there as if theyre drug addicts when their whole platform is MENTAL HEALTH. I had to beg and beg and beg to be discharged. Even though I went in willingly. I had to cause a scene to be able to go outside during the obligated time. I had to make a big deal to be able to shower. Do not send your loved ones here. They have zero activities and the few they do have, arent even the best. All the patients are heavily medicated and expected to stay in their chairs and watch tv all day. Not a rehabilitation place at all.
