Kaitlyn really listened to my needs, which I appreciated! I wanted to find an independent insurance agent to help me find the right company for me. She researched, then recommended the exact company about which I'd heard really good things on my own. She then helped me get the paperwork completed and took care of the rest!!

Not worth a star! Couldn't help me at all. They're response to everything was I don't know, don't know anything about it, home office does not share anything with us. Can't help you. In am an ex employee from nationwide. I could answer 99. 9 percent of your questions, easily. Wouldn't insure even insure my dog with them. This 1 start because I couldn't post without one
