Exceptional customer service for Carlos booking a 2 night stay for a business trip! 10 STARS to Carlos! After less than desirable service trying to reserve a couple night stay at another Mariott hotel in town Carlos leads by example and in true Marriott Fashion demonstrates customer service at its best to secure my reservation and business ! Polite, respectful and thanked me for serving our country when he first found out Im military. He again thanked me for my service at the end of the reservation! This man needs recognition for leading by example and providing superior customer service!!! I will also let the general manager know in person on my stay that Carlos rocks! Noteworthy details: Exceptional Customer Service from Carlos!!!

The staff were so accommodating and they never stopped helping when I needed it. they let me use their printer for last minute fixes on my presentation for a project. You should book with them it's the best Rooms: Amaxong Nearby activities: There is a Walmart, Dutch bros and a sonic in walking distance Safety: There's no way they'd let you get hurt Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing and they had a little shop where you could buy snacks

Great experience! We were in town for a family vacation & tour of OSU and the location was perfect. Carlo makes sure to take care of anything that you need. Rooms: Nice suite style rooms Nearby activities: OSU & Eskimo Joes
