This company used to be great, when Scott was leading this location. He always made sure things got done and if there was no one stepping up, he'd come to your house and do it himself. Ever since they replaced him it's gone downhill fast. On-call nurses never show, the nurses that do show up never want to do anything, I even had one nurse that was delivering supplies for us one day who wouldn't come in and take a look at a possible pressure sore because she "didn't have time" to step in for 30 seconds to let me know if it was safe to let my mother lay one one side or not, wasting the ER's time for me having to call an ambulance so she could get a literal 30 second examination. And trying to get leadership to do anything is like pulling teeth, if you can ever get them on the phone in the first place. They went from giving the best support and care you could ask for to being about as bad as Elara Caring. Even their own nurses are quitting and we'll be looking for another Home Health provider as well.

Absolutely amazing care from Hayley. But Becky who came to my home today to see my wife was rude and confrontational. I wouldn't want her caring for my dog. If you're going to be in this business then you need a caring personality. I would suggest that Becky get an attitude adjustment, brush up on her knowledge of patients and what they need, or find another line of work. Not cool.
