*RENTAL HAZARD* DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY. MONEY HUNGRY LIARS. Had a year lease, which i NEVER recieved a copy of as ALI never gave me one. Ended up having to pay an extra month, which i was okay with. BUT, i made sure it was 100% ready, TOP TO BOTTOM before leaving so it would be easy for them. BOOM, shit on. Their "leasing manager " states "oh he said you dont get your 1,400 deposit back due to not giving a 90 day notice of moving. It is in your lease." When being told i never received one or was never told that, all she could say was "oh i dont know im sorry ". Worthless company. Way to screw people. Some tidbits of the scumlord and managing company. Windows were broken, so after the lease was signed, i had to wait a whole month before moving in, due to broken windows and a pest problem. Yup! I said it, when i moved in, the property had bed bugs. I had to fund the terminator myself. Property manager stated "someone sprayed" today. I had cameras inside and outside, NO ONE showed up from their company. But claimed they did, even though I had proof. They only fixed ONE issue when I lived there, and pretended to fix the others. The dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving is one of them, and they got my WHOLE kitchen wet. Used MY paper towels to clean up their mess, while ruining some i had underneath sink area. None of the three people Henry Wells/ALI sent knew how to change a faucet, or turn off the water lines. Their roof was so bad, I had to pick up roof pieces EVERY DAY, even had to take my vehicle to the shop due to a piece cracking my window. Did the management care, nope. They said "roof will be fixed in October (2022)" Never got fixed. Toilets, both were broke and constantly ran. My father had to fix it cause when they came to look at it, the maintenance guy didn't even know what to do. All he did was tighten a knob, 2 days later still not working. I called to tell them, no answer. No call back. So, my dad fixed it. Fence pieces broken and missing, we replaced them. House wasn't painted, had minor damages, and not that great of condition. But yet, it was 100% in better condition when I moved out, and they still refused to give me my deposit, or tell me themselves. I had to call over and over to be screwed. Lisa (who is a nice person, and respected from previous known place), the leasing manager and their make ready person said it looked good. And the person who did the last day walk through even stated "it looks better than I have ever seen it" No excuses to keep it. 90 days, 30 days, 15 days.... without being given the lease... it was taken care of, left in BETTER condition, BED BUG free when moved out and paid monthly on time. Henry Well and his "property managers" are nothing but crooks. WOM is key to places like you. Good luck.

For $10 I did not know 3 holes were in active repair with the carpet pulled up. There were no brick barriers by some of the water. Some holes had exposed dirt. We were not notified of the disrepair before we started.
