        The staff are unknowledgeable, inattentive and typical of their generation of snotty aloof 20 somethings. I am a wealthy woman with cash to spare and you lost a very well off client. Very disappointing shopping experience.

        Not a positive experience. We entered the store, and three clerks were chatting at the register. One offered the perfunctory welcome, but there was no offer of assistance. We walked toward the Clinique area, tried on a few products. Still no one checked on us. Tried some Estee Lauder, had a hard time locating the product I wanted because the stock behind the samples was such a mess. Headed toward the more affordable products, and trash receptacles were overflowing and mirrors were dirty. Encountered a couple other employees throughout the store, but not one offered help.
