Seem to be too busy with large customers (OKState) to bother with small residential customers. Was able to get them to come and reprogram a remote--very expensive! Unable to get a timely quote for a larger media room job. Acquired services of another (not local) who has been very responsive.

Great company, excellent customer service. I manage the local branch of a large international company. We recently had an internet/phone outage that no one could explain. Our own IT dept basically gave up looking for the problem. I called everyone I could think of - electricians, AT&T and Verizon technicians, even called an exterminator to check for rodents. No one could figure it out. After a few months ,and In desperation, I called the guys at Aspen to come put a new set of eyes on it. Matt and Travis came out. I noticed immediately they had a "can do" attitude. They began troubleshooting. Three weeks later they had it fixed. They discovered a one-off situation where our equipment wasn't grounded properly. After all the time and money spent on techs and electricians the guys at Aspen came out and figured it out. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional, follow up was great. Excellent customer service.
