Very impressed with Danny the maintenance tech. I had a couple of work orders that he completed. He was so neat and clean, I didn't even know he had been there. Thank you Danny!

Quick and easy move in. New carpet in the apartment when I moved in. Every time I have a issue I place a work order and they get it fixed within two days. Management always follows up with a phone call or email. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Lindenpark is the worst place I have ever lived. I have lived here for 2 years and the management has changed at least 8 different times. Upon changing they never relayed previous information, so new management never knows whats going on. Its overpriced for what it is, and there a bunch of hidden fees. Their online system of paying doesnt even work, and they dont know how it works to help you. Not only that, but to pay over the phone is an extra $25.00 convenience fee. Convenience fee for what? Wasting my time? Dont move here, you can do much better somewhere else. Also theres one maintenance guy for the entire complex and hes clearly overworked because he has an attitude and never fixes things properly.

From the beginning, they have been attentive and helpful! It has been a great place to live and the linden park housing is very nice and well kept! I am so glad I found a place like this to live in Stillwater, I definitely think its one of the nicest, if not the nicest place here!

Wonderful management and amazing staff! The best place to live in Stillwater! They are the real deal and management is top tier! Cody the maintenance manager has always done a great and swift job on all repairs that have ever needed to have been done. And granite counter tops!!!
