        Had John come out and repair my dryer. Next day started making a weird and loud noise same as before. Ask him to come back and after several Ill be back tomorrow or the next day texts, he never showed up. this went on for two weeks. I had to finally call another company to come out to fix my dryer.

        Was on time. He explained everything. I called around at first. Their service call was the cheapest. Very happy with the service. My dryer works now and I only paid $55. Everyone else wanted that just to come out and check it.
