The UPS Store

I have used UPS in Shawnee, Ok several times.  I've mailed large packages with them and never had any problems.  They are friendly and helpful (and busy I might add).  Most recently I have put orders in for prints of my art.  The color specialist, Haley, has been very helpful and consistent in taking care of my projects.  I recommend this business.

Everytime I have a package delivered from UPS, they always say that they attempted to deliver it, but no one was home. Which is a lie because I'm always checking the tracking on my package and watching for it everytime they say it.

This store service is very poor don't go there. They don't even show up on time and somedays not at all.

It is possible to have a good experience at the UPS Store! Mai-Lin was a complete professional, competent, efficient and personable. She got us in and out quickly. She was very helpful. This all took place two days before Christmas! During an Arctic winter blast! One of those grit your teeth, got to get out there and do it things. This ended up being a very positive experience. Great job ML!
