On Friday afternoon (before eclipse) we were enroute to our destination. Our wiring harness plug was wired wrong . We stopped at Prestige RV, as weve used them in the past. On the spot, on a Friday afternoon, Chet and Austin came out into the parking lot and worked through the problem and fixed it (not an easy task). They corrected the problems, checked the fuses, checked the trailer brakes and lights. When it comes time to move to next trailer, believe me, we will be buying from Prestige RV. No, I dont work there, never have, not even in RV business. BOSS; Chet snd Austin deserve a raise. Thanks to them, I was able to get this shot.

Rolled into town only to find out that my toilet was leaking. Called Ashley at Prestige for help and she hit a home run. They had the toilet that I needed as well as some extra parts for my odd setup. I highly recommend them. They're knowledgeable and very helpful. You won't be sorry if you need parts, service or a new rig.

I recently drove all the way from Colorado to pick up a Viking trailer at Prestige. It said "drive a little and save a lot", and I certainly did. However, when I got there, the trailer had hail damage. I wasn't told that ahead of time by my salesman, and there was no mention of that on the advertisement for that unit. I was furious, and I was ready to get my deposit back, and return to Colorado. Two other gentlemen were standing there, and I didn't know who they were, but they witnessed my tirade with my husband. Came to find out, they were the owners of Prestige. They immediately stepped in and asked what they needed to do to make things right. I really wasn't in the mood to negotiate anything at that point. I was just angry. It had been a long trip. But they persisted and seemed genuinely sincere. The owners, Chet and Bret, were marvelous. You always hear about family owned businesses, and how they care more about their businesses. But this is the first time I actually saw proof of that. They talked with us, gave up options of what they were willing to do to make things right. I had never seen customer service like this in my life. They got their service guys involved, and ALL of them worked on getting us on the road again. Some of the other issues were completely our fault. We had the wrong ball size for the trailer, our wiring wasn't the right pin, etc. But they took care of absolutely everything. The next morning we had problems on the road, and they spent several hours on the phone analyzing our problem. (Not their fault, ours.) Ever try calling one of those big franchise dealers and getting ANY help?? Good luck with that! So, if I ever want to buy another unit, I will drive to Prestige again. The 12 hour drive is worth it to have service like that, from owners who care about their reputation. Their dedication is outstanding. Thanks Bret, Chet, Chris, and all the others who cared so much.
