        Check-in, initial exam with the tech, main exam with the dr, and checkout were all efficient and pleasant. Making an appt was a clunky process, as no one answered phone the several times i called. After each call, a bot texted me. When i texted back that i wanted an appt, i got a return text asking for dob, etc. I didnt want to do that by text. The next time i phoned, i chose the talk to management option vs make an appt. The woman who answered made the appt for me.
