L A Nails & Day Spa

Unsanitary! As I was getting my pedicure, I noticed he kept throwing the tools back in the drawer, there was no sterile packaging anywhere, the drawer was dirty with tools , it caught my attention immediately and I wasnt sure if the tools used were clean. Well 12 hours later, my big toe is inflamed, swollen, red and hurts to touch. Im scared I may have gotten an infection. I been keeping it clean with alcohol. I shouldve known better than to go because of the 3 stars and I shouldve gotten up when I seen how unsanitary it was but I was in a hurry.

I went to get gel nails for Valentines Day and it costed I think almost 60 for gel, just two colors and very simple heart designs, when my nails were done they were very thick looking and not shaped properly to coffin (which is what I asked for), theres dust trapped in the polish that you can see if you look at them and the nails looked grown out the day I got them. The whole process my nail tech was constantly up and gone for 10 minutes at a time so if you need it done quicker and nicely I dont recommend coming here. :(

My dad and I went there on Saturday January 27th 2024, we had the worse experience ever, my toes weren't hurting when I went, but now a couple of my small toes are hurting because of the way they cut them. Also my toe nail paint is all smeared , I waited to put my shoes on, but apparently it wasn't long enough. The worst experience and I will never go back, neither will my dad, he had a bad experience also.
