The food comes out hot and is soooo delicious...they always make sure you have everything and are happy!!!

Food was edible but not good. My husband took two bites and it was terrible. The fried rice was burned. He sent it back. They still tried to make us pay for it and after an argument agreed to not charge for his. Mine was okay so we paid for mine. The service was good up until time to pay. We will not return to this restaurant ever again.

The sign over the restaurant says Saya Thai but that was the name of the previous restaurant. 1 Thai is the new name and it is a much better restaurant with better service and quality. Food was great. Employees were friendly. Service was very attentive. You choose the spiciness level from 1 to 5. I chose 2 because I like spicy food but the server recommended that I only have level 2. She was right. I will order level 1 next time and then ask for extra spice if I need it. Level 2 is spicy!

Saya Thai definitely serves up some tasty dishes. However, there's a bit of a snag when it comes to dining in groups. We were a party of six, and the food delivery timing was all over the place. It felt a bit like a relay race; by the time the last of us got our meal, the first was practically ready for dessert. It seems like they might have been a chef short in the kitchen or something. But the food was good and the staff did their best to keep things rolling.

The food at 1 Thai is some of the best I have enjoyed not only in Oklahoma but around the country. They have the typical menu items as well as some house specialties that are well worth trying. Their spicy pork noodle soup, for example, has a flavorful broth with a hint of lime and has a generous amount of ground pork, pork balls, and sliced pork. They include high quality proteins in all of the dishes I have enjoyed. Sometimes the service is a little slower than other places, but I believe it is because they are preparing each customer order when it is placed. The staff is very welcoming and attentive and seems to enjoy building up a rapport with customers.
