Had a barrel and edge sander reserved. When we went to pick them up, we were told the barrel sander was actually broken. No prior warning even though there was more than one confirmation call we made. They told us there was another coming in the next day or so but after I called multiple times about the 'other' sander I was told there was no sander on the way. Luckily they were able to divert a driver to pick one up and deliver about an hour after the quoted time. They did convert my week rental to a day since with all the delays, my contractor could barely complete any work. I returned the sanders on Friday and rerented on Monday. I called after the Monday rental to see if they had any of the 60 grit paper that was packed with the edging sander. They said no they didn't have any sandpaper for sale. I said I know they are out but this would have been lose paper than we already purchased. I was informed it was rented out just after I returned it so that person must have gotten it. That must mean no inspection was done. If they're renting out equipment without checking it first, no wonder for the first problem we had listed above - a sander reserved but not operational. 3 stars because they did try to accommodate with my first bill but this company has proven to be disorganized and not reliable.
