Dr. Andrew McGarry

I had an appointment today for surgery. I was just extremely scared & my anxiety almost got me ..Rachel made me feel so comfortable, we chit chatted like we were old friends!! Dr. McGarry, is the best, he explained everything to me & was the the friendliest oral surgeon!! If you have bad anxiety like me, rest assured, these people are the best!!!! I wish my review for Dr. McGarry could be better. I had an implant done about 3 years ago. It failed. Now I am left with a tooth that in his words "will fall out". I understand that failure was one possible outcome. I accept that, my issue with him was his bedside manner. I found him to be completely disconnected. He was completely without empathy. I felt like he did not even care about me or my situation at all. I am left with a $7500 implant that is useless. He made no offer to help me moving forward, he could have at least offered to do a replacement at some reduced price considering what happened. Short of that he could have at least said he was sorry, but I guess it really is all about the money. I would not hire him again and if you do then good luck.
