This has been our go to place for the last idk how many years and now Bill is gone and theres a rude old lady up front that genuinely doesnt care how rude or hateful she is. Not what it used to be at all going downhill very fast.

I definitely would recommend this place! I started my morning out with a flat tire. I limped my way down to freds. When I entered I was already late a crying about my tire thinking I messed up the rim. They immediately started looking at my tire and talkng in such a calm manner it helped me calm myself back down. Turns out it was just a simple fix! With a new tire back on, I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes and the price was great as well! Five stars to you guys! Thanks so much for helping me out!

Very friendly folks, got my suspension fixed in about half a day for a very reasonable price.

Terrible Customer Service. I called them on several different occasions through out the week to verify that I could have an alignment done and the gentleman that I spoke with assured me that if I arrived before 2:30PM on Thursday, they would have more than enough time to accommodate me. I took half a day off and drove over 40 miles on Thursday afternoon and arrived at Fred's at 2:00 pm. I could barely get the word alignment out of my mouth when another employee started waving their hand and telling me not today. All with a full mouth of food while they were sitting at the customer counters. I have had issues with the other tire repair shops in Shawnee and was looking forward to doing business with them but after this, I feel like I would be better off letting Walmart have my tire business. I lost out on 1/2 a days pay and nobody else in Shawnee could accommodate me on such short notice so I also still need an alignment. Would not recommend and will not be returning. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

This is a bad review! 1st time Went to buy 2 new tires and get an alignment and spent over 500$ and a couple hours of waiting in the lobby only to realize I get 20 miles away and car starts shaking terribly! I pull into my small local tire shop and they throw my new tires on the balance machine and boy these tires were way out of balance. You would think a balance would come with everything when I buy 2 new tires and alignment with Freds and shouldnt have to ask. 2nd time I called and asked them to take care of another alignment on my truck. They told me to be there early in the morning so I could be first for them to get to, so I take off work in the morning show up 30 min before they open and when they open I am told they cant get to me today and that there alignment guys are busy with 12 hour jobs to do. Are you kidding me!? I explain my situation and they dont care at all so here I am giving bad reviews. If youre looking to use a place for alignment I wouldnt use freds.
