Here at 8:35 AM. NOBODY is here. Finally, someone pulls up. Walks in. Closed the door behind me and then pointed one minute and locked the door back. Well, if you can't have your business ran by people who aren't competent, let all of us know so we can then make sure to be as competent as you all for our bills.

Phones don't work half the time and no way to contact them unless you physically go to their offices

I own a property which I rent. I had to permit the tenant to put water in his name. I did realize that I would be responsible for any bills not paid. But did not realize that I could not have the water service discontinued if he was late or didn't pay. I'm not happy about that policy but Crystal was kind enough to explain it to me. She did not let my ill temper effect her attitude. She was calm, friendly, informed and generous with her knowledge and time. A great employee!! Thank you.

I have had no problems at all with the ladies that work in this office. I can pay my bill from my easy chair with my phone and the internet. Thank you ladies.
