Dreamcatcher Party Ponys

This is the pony ride service Sand Springs and Glenpool Pumpkin Patch decided to use this year, 2020, and I do not recommend them. Previous years I think the Pumpkin Patch used someone different (if not then this year is just bad service). Not very friendly and the pony ride was literally only 2 short walk arounds. My kid loves horses, they are my kids favorite animal/ loves any pony rides (even carousel fake horse rides) but my child was really disappointed after this ride. The ride was short and the horses were very crammed together in a small walking pen and honestly they just looked sad. Was very rush on and rush off too, don't even get a chance to pet or really look at the horses. And lets not forget this is the company that already has a bad rap because of the Mayo hotel event they did, not sure why the pumpkin patch would even hire them. I don't recommend.

I have used services of Dreamcatcher and have nothing but great memories. They are very professional and courteous and they make sure all kids enjoy their rides and give parents plenty of time to take photos and let kids pet ponies and no rushing through. Minimum of at least 5 times around arena and plenty of room for grownups walking beside ponies to circle arena with their kids. They are very efficient and professional at large parties and always a big hit with both kids and parents. 5 star rating is what I give them.

Dream catcher and party ponies is one of the best experience I had and my children they love how friendly the people there was Always nice conversations friendly smiles When we first got to the carousel they help my son on and walked and talk to him told him about the horses told him about the horses names and what their jobs were and my son just loved it ..... now let me tell you why these people was so great my son has never been on a Horse and was Scared at first and has ODD Disorder and the two ladys Sondra in Karen just helped him so much he Really had a great experience and you guys did such a great job with him helping him convince his self that he could get on the horse and horse is very nice and he did such a great job I am so grateful that we came out to Dream catcher party ponies for this experience we will never forget it thank you guys so much we loved all the animals and hope to see you next year !!!!!! You guys rock
