Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, expressing your concerns and feelings about your experience at our clinic. We apologize you did not feel you were adequetly cared for during your time in our clinic. I did speak to our staff in regards to your visit to verify all the correct processes and procedures the clinic has in place were followed. Per our website, we are a Nurse Practioner owned and operated facility. We are not a pain managment clinic. I did speak with the Office Manager that politely ask you to wait on the side of the building for your ride. She did not and we would never ask you to move parking lots. You were ask to move a couple feet more to the side of the building from the location you were sitting. As we had received complaints for reasons we are happy to speak to you directly in private about. There are some issues we unfortunately are unable to respond to here due to HIPPA restrictions. Please give the clinic a call and ask for the Office Manager or the Owner and we will answer any questions you have and take any concerns and discuss ways we can improve our staffs current set processes. We take each review seriously and do our best to improve and we strive daily for quality patient care for ALL of our patients.
