Will completely rip you off when you move out, do not pay them additional money on top of your deposit!

There are a lot of Cedar Ridges. I think you have the wrong place. I don't know who you are, and I've looked at all my past tenants and your name is nowhere to be found. I'm not sure what happened to you, but generally when a landlord charges more than the deposit, it's to cover damages that cost more than the amount of the deposit. But, again, whoever charged you wasn't me. So please figure out the correct property and move your review to that one. Thank you.

We've called the ghost busters since then, so I think it's safe enough for more than 1 star. Especially since I don't know who you are, so "years ago" clearly means before the current management. So this review is completely irrelevant. Thank you.

I've lived here multiple times, and had nothing but good experiences up until this last time. I lived in the very back unit, which the apartment manager, refers to as his "trouble unit". Anytime we had a problem it was made out to where nothing could be done. We've battled bugs for months at this back apartment, because the apartment manager refused to believe that the lady downstairs from us had them, he also refused to believe bed bugs could move through electrical outlets. We did what he said and replaced all the furniture as well, and guess what? They still came back. When we first moved back there, we were told my the pest control that the lady underneath us has a years worth of infestation, and hadn't been getting treated, well fast forward almost 2 years later and she's started to refused treatment again. I just want anyone to know what we went through and what to watch out for in that back unit.

I appreciate your feedback, but I must correct the record here. The reason I “refused to believe” that the lady below you had them is because we had the exterminators inspect their unit and they never saw any there. But we treated in your unit SEVERAL times at no cost to you and the exterminators said the apartment was so disgusting that it’s no surprise they keep coming back. We should have ended your tenancy after the 2nd time they came back, but we continued to give you chances, but you clearly did not do your part. The last couple of times, they even had to come back because the unit was so gross they couldn’t treat, so we rescheduled. Even after you moved out, the exterminators inspected downstairs and don’t see any signs of them. So what I have learned from this experience is don’t give anyone the benefit of the doubt.
