I had to quit working for them when my vehicle went in the shop for motor issues. I have asked for a release in Harmony so I can start new employment. I have always been professional and kind in my asking. I have been ignored, ghosted and completely lied to because I have not been released and it makes my new employer/employment difficult since I am not able to document. I know if it where them needing a release they would be all over it. Beginning to accept my leaving this agency could be a blessing with being lied to about such a simple task.

The aides are phenomenal however the schedulers and in office employees leave A LOT TO BE DESIRED...They treat their employees horrible..it is so sad to see hard working ladies bein treated so bad....The schedulers leave you without an aide for weeks and never call and let you know...Rethink any decision to entrust your loved ones with Peters Agency

And when you want something done they don't do it like I needed my own huge help shaving they can't shave you the age just don't tell you when the others are not going to be there that's not right

Absolutely horrible company!!! Put in 2and half years. Told me I had to go "Above and beyond" being a male!!! And I did. I did things for my clients that weren't even on the job description. Schedulers completely ignored me when I needed transportation, my car was put to rest and we were down to 1 vehicle for me and my sick aging grandma. They took away perks like company cars, advances, bonuses. On top of that payroll was always late in paying me my hard earned money. Which was definitely not enough to live on, I was told by HR and the schedulers that we were all in the same boat!!! BULL!!!! they made a lot more money than me. I bet they even got paid early while making me wait for mine, that must've made them scream with laughter. Also some of the clients treated me badly and when I asked to switch I was told to get over it and continue dealing with the abuse for mete pennies!!! Am still waiting on my final paycheck, can't tell you how stressed this job made me, and I love caregiving. Unfortunately I couldn't use my skills to the test. The tasks had to be done very specifically. Greedy Fat cats.
